Football pre-registration for the 2010 - 2011 school year has begun. We will have sign-ups every Thursday from 6 -7 pm starting in June at the field house. A $30 fee is required to register your child.

posted 05/12/2010 Cheerleading Sign-Ups for the 2010 - 2011 school year will be held on the following dates from 6 pm - 7:30 pm in front of the kindergarten classrooms.
Monday - May 24
Tuesday - May 25
Thursday - June 3
Tuesday - June 15
Thursday - June 17
Monday - July 12
Registration fee of $25 is due at sign-ups.
If you are in need of a new uniform, fittings will be held on the following dates from 6 pm - 7:30 pm in front of the kindergarten classrooms.

Monday - July 12
Uniforms are $60. This includes uniform, socks and gold panties. Some used uniforms will be available at a reduced cost.

posted 05/12/2010 The Board would like to thank John Newton, Denise Vance and Tammy Clark for their years of faithful service to our Club. After many years of service, all three directors have stepped down. We do hope to continue to see all three of them as volunteers as it will not be the same without them!

posted 03/23/2010 Football Co-Coordinators Doug Fox and Byron Boyd have announced that Football Camp dates have been set. Camp will start on Monday, July 26 and run through Friday, July 30 from 6 - 8 pm.
Cost for camp is $25 which includes a t-shirt and a cookout on the final day.

Our site does have an annual hosting fee associated with it. We would like to continue as we believe it is the best recreation site in Burke County!

The Oak Hill Recreation Department is offering this opportunity to individuals to sponsor their athlete/team or cheerleader/squad through our website daily - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. See below for details:
Athlete/Team or Cheerleader/Squad Sponsors

- Banners, logos, athlete/cheerleader photos, messages, name etc. will be displayed in the specific team/squad section that you are sponsoring

Club Sponsors

$50 per year (Contracts will run for one year from the date your ad is posted)

Banners will rotate in random order with other sponsor banners at the top of each page

Athlete/Team or Cheerleader/Squad Sponsors

$25 per year (Contracts will run from the start of a specific season until that season comes around again)

Banners, logos, athlete/cheerleader photos, messages, name etc. will be displayed in the specific team/squad section that you are sponsoring
Specifications

Banners will be displayed on the site at exactly 800 pixels wide (11 1/8 inches) and 50 pixels high (11/16 inches)
-
Logos will be displayed on the site at exactly 100 pixels high (1 3/8 inches) with varying widths up to a maximum of 200 pixels (2 3/4 inches)
-
Larger graphics can be submitted but should be fairly proportional to the sizes listed above as they will be scaled down

Resolution on all submitted graphics needs to be at least 72 pixels per inch

Graphics with higher resolutions can be submitted but will be compressed to 72 pixels per inch
-
Smaller graphics than those listed above should not be submitted as they will not display well on the site

Graphics can be submitted in any of the following formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD, PDF
We will be glad to create banners or logos for those in need. In this case, any graphics and ideas you can offer would be helpful.
